Beverly Schloendorf is a 65-year-old author based in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada, where she lives with her dog and cat. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of four. She has been writing stories since she was old enough to print, but Citiscape, her debut novel, is her first published work. Written as eighteen short tales kept deliberately short for readers who do most of their reading on the daily commute, it was also shaped with audio translation in mind for those who prefer to be read to.
